Cancelation and refund policy

Lead Cancellation –

Once the lead is provided, we take feedback of the same within 48 hours of the same. If customer denies the service on the very first call or postpones the work for three or four months then lead would stand cancelled but it would first be verified by our backend team and then only further steps be taken.

To have much more easy method we need both call recordings and WhatsApp messages with the customer for our own record in future in order to cancel the lead. There would be no lead cancellation on basis of either no meeting scheduled between the parties or lead not able to be cracked as we our not responsible for that part of the transaction.

Refund Policy –

We do not offer refund in cash or online form  we simply provide coupon of the same amount the customer paid to us , which can be used in future by the customer in order to purchase a new lead by us.
