All the data either it is credit or debit card information or customers personal one it is secured through proper channels . to verify the same we suggest our customers ton look at the lock icon on the right hand side corner of the screen and the “HTTPS” as well when they visit our website. The information which is collected through offline methods like Phone Calls is accessible only to those persons who work while using the data. Like for giving bills, raising customers inquiry or providing customer service in some matters. We as a company believe in following the law and various guidelines which are provided by the concerned departments. We hope not only to fulfill what is required by our customers but also give them a secured environment as well while dealing with us on our platform.

Registration –

For our customer to register on our website they need to first go the link of the same, then provide their basic information like name, email address . It is required to contact you about the service you wish to avail through us . We will never ask you about your other details like age or gender.

Order –

When our customer would like to use the website to fulfill their certain requirements then the information provided by them would be used on the order form, billing ,etc. The financial data like cards information or other details are also used but with consent of the person . If order is not fulfilled the same information is used to contact the person for re ordering if required.

Replacement Policy –

We are the first contact with the customer , in order to know their requirements and then only next procedure comes into play. After the profile is shared with the customers then only the leads are counted which are to be given. We only play role till then after it , the one providing the service and the customer is in the loop , our role does not extend after that.

Lead Cancellation Conditions

A) After our first call to the customer they deny the work for reasons like delaying it for 3 or 4 months then lead would not be counted as provided and will be replaced.
B) If the customer have hired other company for the job or does not lick the call or there is some genuine reason for not taking the leads it will replaced after cross checking it .
C) The time for replacing the lead is one month and it cannot be shortened or extended at any cost.
